01. Information
This is a Quake World 2on2 death match competition that uses a Round Robin System groups with similar skills.
After the group stage, brackets with single elimination takes place in one single evening. The T2H Challenge
Cup !!!
We are starting on 13th of September 2020.
The league group phase is then followed by The T2H Challenge Cup on the 21th of November from 18CET up to 23CET, where at that time we
assign awards on stream.
The objective is confrontation, points and ACTIVITY.
Depending on donations, cash prizes might be involved. Only group winners are qualified for these prizes.
As ususal, administrators
decide the percentage and what group(s) will receive, as it always depends on the ammount involved.
(PayPal or any other company fees still to deduct from the total prize)

02. Signing up
HT-QWL is open for all European Quake World players, however, non-European players are free to sign up as long as they play their matches in Europe (if both players/teams agree , games can be played on a non-european server).
Sign
up must be made by filling in a form located on the league signup section.
Players will be selected one by one and we give preference to European players, known nicks on Quake World servers on a daily basis and we
give much preference to players that signed up on previous seasons.
Players that signed up on previous seasons and did not respect the league rules and/or showed bad behaviour, might not be accepted.
Be aware, that by
signing up does not mean you are accepted.
Players with multiple registration entries will be disqualified. It's NOT possible to play in several divisions in parallel.
Each team can have a minimum
of 2 players and a maximum of 3.
Sign-ups open on the 22nd of August 2020.
Sign-ups close on the 6th of September 2020 @ 23:59 CEST, NO EXCEPTIONS.
03. Clients

The allowed proxies are Qizmo 2.91 and the latest QWfwd.

Thunderdome and Default ruleset's are NOT allowed in this competition.
Teams
are required to do F_RULESET CHECK before game start.
If a team do not make this check BEFORE the game starts, we then assume that both agreed to play as it was.

Spectators are allowed by default but if one team doesn't agree then MUST BE changed to NO SPECTATORS. QTV should available for
who wants to spectate.
In case QTV is not available, then spectators should be allowed as our streamers need to join somehow.
Note: Whatever settings are used, we assume that both teams agreed to before the game.
05. Maps
This league's map pool is 7 MAPS
MAPS ALLOWED:
DM2 , DM4 , DM6 , AEROWALK , ZTNDM3 , BRAVADO & SHIFTER
ON GROUP STAGE:
Each team 3 MAPS and ALL 6 MUST BE PLAYED!!
(All 6 maps must be different
but if both teams agree then a map can be played a maximum of 2 times).
(If both teams agree, any of these maps can be replaced by another map, except for dmm4 maps).
MATCH TAG should be inserted by typing /2on2
T2H on console, before match starts.
THE FIRST TEAM TO PICK MUST BE DONE BY THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE:
(If teams don't agree on who picks first)

During a game, if a team doesn't want to play that map any more, that team can type "/break".
Their opponents can choose to type break or keep playing.
IF /BREAK HAPPENS then
the map will be loss by the team that decided to break first.
The frag difference to the winner of that map will be the average of all played games through the league.
Screenshots or any kind of prove of that map’s
“break” decision must be sent on discord to an admin.
06. Bad Behaviour
Disconnecting voluntarily during a match means a straight walkover on current map or game (unless "timed out" - decision by admins).
Unnecessary whining is not necessary.
Any kind of lameness will not be tolerated
and can lead to WO in the current game or to a ban for the current and next season.
Movement scripts are not allowed. Make sure to check that your opponents have them turned off before starting to play.
If your opponents
were using movement scripts during the match because YOU didn't check before it started, then WILL BE ALLOWED!
If you do not want to get banned from discord server, here are some simple rules to follow:
1) No spamming on
discord server.
2) Please respect each other. (i.e. no racism, personal insults to others, text in caps, etc.)
3) Don’t post NSFW pictures, videos or any porn related on discord server.
07. Scheduling
One team captain must be picked when signing up.
Scheduling your schedules MUST be done on discord server, in your private division channel always identifying with @ your opponents and an @admin.
After the game
is properly scheduled with your opponent, you must place the game's TIME AND DATE on the schedule section on this website.
Your division admin must also be identified of the game's schedule. Private chats between
players and / or admins will NOT be accepted.
Each team plays ONCE EVERY WEEK with a different team on his group.
Games played in advance are allowed (please notify an admin).
The WEEK STARTS every
Sunday and END'S every Saturday.
ALL WEEKLY GAMES MUST BE PLAYED WITHIN THESE DAYS.
Every Sunday morning WO’s will be assigned!
ALL schedules must be done in CE(S)T time.
In case of disagreement or issues
we assume that whatever time scheduled was in CE(S)T.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (example):
Game scheduled for week 4 - team Y vs team X
1) Team Y cannot play and asks team X to play on the week 5
2)
Team X agrees
3) On the week 5, if team X cannot play the game then team Y has the right to win by WO.

08. Reporting
REPORTING your matches report MUST be done on REPORTS section by the winner.
(In case of draw the report must be accomplished by the team that picked first map).
Teams have until the game’s deadline to report the played
match.
1 point can be removed to the team that didn’t report in time.
All map .MVD DEMOS must be compressed into a rar , 7z , gz , tar.gz or zip file and uploaded to our servers with your name and your opponent’s
name. (ex. ROT_vs_M00.rar)
Get the .mvd demos downloaded from the server. You can download the last demo on the server by /cmd dl ., the second last demo by /cmd dl .. etc. You can download all the previous 6
demos by /cmd dl . .. ... .... ..... ......"

09. Servers
For the most FAIRNESS and EVEN GAMES, ALL EUROPEAN PLAYERS MUST PLAY WITH NO MORE THAN 14ms PING DIFFERENCE.
A maximum of 52ms is allowed due to players participating from Spain, Portugal and Russia, meaning that their opponents
must play with a minimum of 38ms.
If a player has more than 52ms on Predze.fr, LONDON, NL and/or GetQuad servers then is considered NON-EUROPEAN.
NON-EUROPEAN PLAYERS HAVE TO PLAY ON A SERVER WHERE HIS EUROPEAN OPPONENT
PINGS 52ms AS MAXIMUM and 38ms AS MINIMUM.
The League Admins insist that the teams server-choice is done with common sense and that pings are kept as low as possible, however, if the teams don't agree, the server is determined
by the following procedure:
1. All teams have to show their lowest possible ping 2. A server has to be found where all teams get a ping, which is about the same amount, higher than their lowest possible ping.
If
teams still can't agree on a server, please contact admins about it. Admin decision is final.
Also, to clarify problems with connection. If a team has problems with his connection during a map, it's up to his opponent
to break and restart that same map or keep playing it until the end.
If his opponent decided to play until the end of the map then, if teams don't agree on what to do next, an admin should be notified to resolve the situation.
Can be decided that the remaining maps should be played on another time and/or day.
Administrators decision is final.
10. Points System
1 Point for each map won
1 Point for activity
7 Points for game WO victory
-1 Point for game WO loss
FRAGS FOR WO VICTORY:
THE NUMBER OF ALL THE TEAM FRAGS "FOR" DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF MAPS PLAYED*
= FRAG "FOR" AVERAGE NUMBER.
* (ALL GAMES, ONLY AFTER TOURNAMENT IS OVER)
IN THE END OF THE LEAGUE, IF 2 OR MORE TEAMS HAVE THE SAME EXACT NUMBER OF POINTS THEN:
1. THE MATCH SCORE POINTS BETWEEN THOSE
TEAMS WILL DETERMINE WHICH TEAM STAYS ON TOP. 2. IN CASE OF THOSE SAME MATCHES (referred in point 1) WAS A DRAW THEN THE FRAG DIFFERENCE WILL DETERMINE WHO STAYS ON TOP.
(IN THE EXTREME CASE OF FRAG DIFFERENCE
IS EQUAL BETWEEN THOSE TEAMS, THEN A BO5 GAME MUST HAPPEN IN THE END OF THE LEAGUE)
(THIS GAME MUST BE PLAYED ON THE DAY FOLLOWING THE LAST ROUND DEADLINE, AT 18CET)
(IF BOTH TEAMS DON'T SHOW FOR THIS GAME, THEN /RND
TEAM-Y TEAM-X WILL DETERMINE WHO STAYS ON TOP)
WO will be given to the team that during the week tried to schedule the game without success. If none of the teams tried to schedule then WO will be assigned to both.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: ON THE 2nd WO, THAT TEAM WILL BE DISQUALIFIED (In the end of the league).
Disqualification:
When a team is disqualified ALL his games (played and remaining) as well as his results will be erased and ALL his opponents
will receive WO. READ RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGN-UP !
11. T2H Challenge Cup
Saturday, 21st Novemeber @ 18CET.
Single elimination.
ROUND 1: BO3
ROUND 2: BO3
ROUND 3: BO5
ROUND 4: BO7
Semi-final: BO7 (3rd vs 4th)
Final: BO7 (1st vs 2nd)
Team with highest ranking decides who picks first.
Team that picked first map tosses first.
Each map can only be played once.
All other rules are the same as T2H Season 2.
13. How do i create my team?
First of all you have to join this event, so check out 'How to signup?'. Next, you have to be accepted by Admins and also you have to wait for others to be accepted. Without players you will not be able to create team and you can't be only one in it. Wait for it, once approval is done you will see it on Signup page.
When you and your teammates are accepted, go to following link and create your team! That's it.
Team can have up to four members. You are the first one, next you have to select others and click on 'create'. Team have to be approved by Admins so again, wait for it.
